Summary: This playful holiday quilt is a wonderful addition to any home during the holiday season, as it brings a smile to everyone's face. The main design of Holiday Lights is created by piecing techniques. The border design is created with machine (or hand) appliqué. Holiday Lights can be made with whitened background fabrics (white with small black motifs), as shown on the cover quilt, or it can be made with darkened hues that represent the evening skies. We have seen some quilters give the quilt a very sophisticated look by using elegant fabrics to dress up the design. Many stores have at least one session of classes with this pattern each year. This quilt is also a big kit seller. An extremely popular quilt, we believe this will be a pattern favorite for years.
